East Rockpile Treating Facility

Design, Construction Management and Commissioning for 15+ miles of 4” thru 12” diameter gathering system and compression along with a 40 MMCFD CO2 treating facility. Kahuna also designed and constructed a 0.2 mile, 12” diameter DOT regulated residue gas pipeline.

Belize Gas Processing

Belize, South America - $2 MM (2007 to Present)

Design and Start-up of a 2 MMSCFD Gas Conditioning Skid to provide clean fuel gas for power generation, and a saleable Butane Product from Crude Oil Associated Gas for Belize Natural Energy.

Atoka Gas Processing Facilities

Atoka, OK - $20+ MM (2005 to Present)

Design, Construction Management and Commissioning for 40+ miles of 4” thru 16” diameter gathering system and compression along with processing and CO2 treating facility with capacities 20 MMCFD. Kahuna also designed and constructed an 18 mile 4” diameter DOT regulated NGL line and a 3 mile, 16” diameter DOT regulated residue gas pipeline.

Bazor Ridge

Engineering, Design, Construction Management and Commissioning The Bazor Ridge Plant provides Sour Gas Treating, NGL recovery, and Sour Condensate Stabilization for 22 MMSCFD inlet gas The Bazor Ridge facility disposes of the Acid Gas from the amine plant by injecting it into a disposal well located ¼ mile from the plant. Injection compression is provided by a Dresser-Rand, 6HOS-4 compressor frame with a Waukesha L7042 GSI driver.

Sarsen Gas Plant

Evans City, PA

Kahuna Ventures was responsible for the engineering and construction of the Sarsen cryogenic gas processing plant located near Evans City, Pennsylvania. The Sarsen Gas Plant has a design capacity of 40MMcfgpd and is processing Marcellus gas from wells in the Butler County, PA area. The original processing plant was refurbished and skid mounted prior to installation in Pennsylvania. In addition, a de-ethanizer tower with heat exchanger skid and a refrigeration loop were added to the original plant design. The plant design includes 5,920 HP of inlet compression, 4,440 HP of residue compression, and 840 HP of refrigeration compression.
