Mr. Gary Davis, Sr. Managing Partner/General Manager

Mr. Scott Schamp, PE, Managing Partner

PE, Managing Partner/Director Process Engineering & Project Management. Scott has over 19 years of gas processing and process design engineering experience with an extensive background in all aspects of professional project management. Additionally, Scott has vast experience with projects in natural gas storage, compression and turbo expander facilities. His expertise and business leadership in facility operations has placed him at the forefront of the industry in facility streamlining, de-bottlenecking and design. Scott earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1989 from Colorado School of Mines in Chemical and Petroleum Refining Engineering, with a Minor in Business Management. He currently holds a Professional Engineering license in Alaska and Colorado.

Mr. John Rheinheimer, PE, Managing Partner

PE, Managing Partner/Director Client & Project Services. John has over 18 years of exploration, production and midstream engineering experience. His expertise includes conceptual design, process and mechanical design, specification, procurement, construction management and start up troubleshooting. John has served as the Senior Project Manager on capital projects exceeding 30 million dollars a year.  John earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1989 from Colorado School of Mines in Mechanical Engineering, with a Minor in Civil Engineering. He currently holds a Professional Engineering license in Colorado.

Mr. Gregg Kostelecky, Managing Partner

Managing Partner/Director Electrical & Instrumentation Services. Gregg has over 14 years of experience as an electrical engineer and an additional 8 years as a licensed electrician. Gregg possesses both the technical and hands-on knowledge necessary to design and manage the installation of electrical, instrumentation and control systems. His extensive background in all aspects of project management includes process hazards analysis, construction management, start-up and troubleshooting. Gregg’s working knowledge in this field identifies him among the top technical problem solvers in the industry. Gregg earned a BA in Business Administration in 1981 from Dickinson State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 1993 from the University of Minnesota. Gregg continues to hold his North Dakota Master Electrician License.

Mr. Justin Lankutis, PE, Sr. Electrical Engineer

Justin has over 11 years of experience performing both engineering and project management roles on electrical power and control projects.  His engineering experience includes the design, specification, support, and maintenance of medium and low voltage power distribution systems and motor control equipment.  Justin has also provided estimating, design specification, programming, implementation, and 24-hour troubleshooting/support services for automated control/SCADA systems and instrumentation at a wide variety of industrial petrochemical facilities.  Justin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1996 with honors from Colorado School of Mines in Electrical Engineering.  He currently holds a PE license in Kansas.

Mr. Robert Ferrera, PE, Project Manager

Robert has over 10 years of experience in design engineering and project management. He previously worked as the project manager of a decommissioning and demolition project at the Rocky Flats Environmental Technology Site for Building 559.  Robert’s work experience includes a focus on project management process and mechanical engineering design, specification development and procurement, along with supervision of subcontractor personnel. Robert earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1996 from Colorado School of Mines in Chemical and Petroleum Refining Engineering, with a Minor in Environmental Science.  He currently holds a PE license in Colorado.

Mr. Scott Schleining, PE, Project Engineer

Scott has over 17 years of experience in consulting and facilities design engineering, as well as extensive experience in all aspects of project execution in commercial, industrial and municipal sectors.  Scott’s experience has involved all phases of project engineering including conceptual design, process and mechanical engineering, equipment specification and construction management. Scott earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1986 from Colorado School of Mines in Petroleum Engineering and currently holds a PE license in Colorado, Oregon and Virginia.
